Pros
Working hours are good, people tend to be approachable. The company is a bit of a juggernaut in the market and is associated with big brands and international standards of building. The opportunities for exposure are great.
Cons
"Matrix" organization so you may have multiple reporting each of whom have a different requirement. Family run company so all policies are subject to change and exception. Talent recognition depends on your bosses mood. Useless people drawing salaries for negligible work. HR has no interaction. No community service work programs or employee development programs. Honestly, bit of a government job without the perks. No Growth.
