It’s a paycheck (I’m forced to write 20 words, so um let’s see. pros. Hm. They have decent swag? ok done)
Cons
You are completely expendable here. They held cost of living raises hostage for years. Bare minimum increase. Raises? Good luck. Health insurance goes up each year, so making less year over year. They have taken away half days before holiday weekends. The least amount of holidays a company can give employees (no MLK JR day off, no floating holidays for those who celebrate non Christian holidays, forced to use 4 days of vacation btwn Xmas and NYE.) No perks. No rewards. Worst CEO that doesn’t care about you.
