Pros
Large corporation and stable and profitable during the current economic downturn we are experiencing. Since it is a niche market that we cater to, and since we do own such a large marketshare of the industry 60%+, I feel comfortable knowing that we will not be bought out/taken over anytime soon in this day and age where mergers are so prevalent.
Cons
Very focused field of business, and since its so focused, a radical change in technology or the way people travel can adversely affect entire business. The people in general are pretty good, but a lack of communication and bonding between employees which makes one feel like just another cogwheel seems to proliferate.
