Nice coworkers, good work life balance They have some very good customers

Too many changes, high turnover in sales team.

There were a lot of smart people (engineers and QA) working hard to do good things for the company. Now they all left or no longer there. The remaining engineering team is just playing around to cash in the last paycheck

Management is incompetent. The CFO joined only a few months and left. The executive team does not know how to lead and have no clue. They try to go into the Media, and Entertainment market but the product portfolio are so old to compete. For the last one year, there are not any new offering from Panasas. The parts in the storage appliance will be EOL-ed by Intel. They try to do a new server, but they will be a lot slower than the current one and will not able to release them due to no more capable engineers to work. There are any QA engineers left. They owe a lot of debt to vendors and don't plan to pay them. The company is running paycheck by paycheck. They are barely able to pay employees. They don't pay the phone bill, and the 1-800 support line even got shut down by the phone company. For the next three months, they plan to foreclosure the company and try not to pay any vendor's bill and don't have the capability to do any new product releases. They just attempt to fool the customers, investors and potential new buyers.
