      Pros

      They pay associates minimum but management is paid well which makes it a tough workplace.

      Cons

      Store was dirty most of the time due to upper management wanting to save money on payroll. District Managers never really gave me any training nor did the manager at hand.

      Pros

      Great promotion opportunities. I was able to design my own career path, set goals and create my own next position. Not the situation for every body - but was great for me.

      Cons

      Went through a lot of transition and ownership changes during and after my time there. I hope its still the same great place to work.
