It’s was a 24 hour job and it’s was At home some time I would have wake up at the weird hours to Fix people problems in there homes no days off at all not even holidays
The only pro I can think of is that it was “sort of at home” so I got to be close to my children.

Consistently Paid late, or not at all!
Upper management constantly threatening your lively hood even if your doing nothing wrong!
Definitely underpaid for what they ask just on this listing and the far more for what they will ask you for after your hired!
