Pros

-PalmPay recruitment process seems easy as long as u have a good work experience -PalmPay gives opportunities for everyone to work with them despite ur qualification

Cons

-PalmPay HR are always changing job role every now and then after u have been given a role to do before u were given offer letter -PalmPay Jon is not secured ,they sack every now and then -PalmPay does not allow the sales team to bring suggestion or complaint as such -Starting from the top management (operations), they do not allow for freedom of speech or allow the sales team to bringing suggestion that might assist the organization -PalmPay Sales bonus are not always constant even wen u are sure of what u have done for that month and when u complain they you would never win -Starting from the operation team, they always threaten with sack every now and then

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not clearly defined, making it difficult to track performance and align expectations. 8. The micro management is too much.

Pros

I don’t even know if I have a pro because the con supersedes the pro

Cons

The customer service department is very toxic especially the Chinese managers, they lack empathy, emotional intelligence and common sense. They expect you to work more than you earn and pay peanuts by the way.
