      Showed flexibility - managed to negotiate some time abroad and fewer days per week (temporarily) Kind people, on the whole

      Cons

      Very little practical criticism internally of what development is and what role Palladium plays in global systems - despite many employees purportedly being driven by ideas of global justice Didn't feel like there was much interest in my experience; not much respect for lower 'ranks' in conflict situations. Remote work made it difficult to connect with colleagues Very slow pay rises/promotions

      Pros

      great work environment; supportive environment; lots of professional development

      Cons

      not a lot of job growth for everyone (only a few director roles, and not many women were in leadership roles); annoying that to get promoted you had to apply to an open position instead of getting a cycle promotion, which was more difficult to get.
