Pros

- Tons of opportunity for growth. One of the best agencies in the world for what they do. - You get to work closely with big brands. - Good hours, most people don't work any overtime, flexible hours but most work 9:30 - 6pm - Lots of influence on how the company works/grows, you feel like you're listened to - Management make a big effort to make everybody feel included, v transparent with roadmap and KPIs - Well compensated, lots of benefits - Fun things like 'wind downs' on a Friday where everybody hangs out - Friendly, fun, energetic team

Cons

- Lots of change all the time, company is growing rapidly - You need to speak up or reach out to management if you want to progress or change how things work

Pros

The leadership team embrace autonomy, giving teams and individuals an ability to focus on goals and progress and still find best ways of working. A flexible approach to work enables people to create ideal work/life balance and an active consideration is given to team wellbeing. They offer strong room for growth and development for those who are engaged and ambitious.

Cons

Resourcing is always a bit of a crunch but that is pretty normal for this industry. International teams with different time zones can also be tricky.

Pros

I have had the best time at paklogics where I was able to mould my role into what I want it to be and also reach for opportunities that I may not necessarily receive in a fully established corporation. The people are amazing, one of the best teams I have worked with. Everyone are supportive and helpful! The management team has good intentions for everyone and with any SME, it is trying its hardest to maintain the culture whilst scaling up. The Co-founders are open to suggestions and willing to explore new avenues making it employee-centred which shows that they understand it's the people who drive the business. Recently, the company made an announcement as it becomes a remote-first organisation which was welcomed but also provided opportunities for people to use an office showing flexibility too. I have high expectations of what the team will become and I can't wait to cross paths again!

Cons

Half the team are on the other side of the world so I haven't yet been able to meet everyone in person!
