Pros
They offer tons of unpaid internships, It does not have micro managing.
Cons
Interns are asked for forced reviews. Your boss will leave you to handle a task and will put all the blame on you in case something goes bad even if it is his/her fault. Engineer's compensation is barely above minimum LABOR wage. TC culture exists. No definite KPI's for performance reviews. Only entry time no exit time. Production staff is treated as second grade citizens. Compensation is same but working hrs are way more than other executives.
