Pros
It's been great working with good developers again! I've learned quite a few new technologies (mostly AWS services). In Phoenix, we have the only (afaik) dedicated office, located at Galvanize for the engineering team. Of course, we can still work remote, but most of us like to work at the office at least half of the week. We also host azPHP (Phoenix' biggest PHP meetup/group) there. The company is very adamant on having a good work-life separation and encourages taking time off when you need. Every person I've worked with in the company has been top notch and everyone's a leader in their department. The company is also still small enough where everyone knows every one else's name.
Cons
Engineering dept can be a bit particular in how things are done, but really it's a good thing IMO since we allow for any good developers to join the team... just don't come in expecting to be a "XYZ Framework" developer.
