Pros

You are not a number on a spreadsheet at this organization. If you want the place to be better and you have an idea and are willing to put in the work, anything is possible and you really feel like you can make an impact.

Cons

Lots of moving pieces has made it hard to get the little things done day to day. The future is bright, but its going to be bumpy

Thank you for your review. We love to see what we’re doing well AND where we can improve. One of our core values is "Innovate Passionately", and lucky for us, we have a lot of passionate people Innovating Passionately. :) We encourage thinking outside the box and if you have an idea, we want to hear it—anyone can make a difference. You’re right that having a solid foundation before exploring new ideas is important, so thank you for the feedback.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for your years at Packsize! You nailed a lot of what makes Packsize so great. We're growing fast, and that comes with opportunities to speak up and make an impact. We hear you on leadership response times. As we’ve grown and spread across more locations, staying connected and responsive can be challenging. It’s something we’re actively working on—both from a communications perspective and by helping team members feel empowered to make decisions without oversight, so teams can keep moving. We appreciate the feedback and everything you do to help Packsize keep growing.
