      Pros

      Full-time positions, pay, benefits, time and a half on OT, thru-put bonus, the company cares about its team members when you prove yourself

      Cons

      Hard work depending on which machine you're at, drama amongst co-workers, chances you could work saturdays, and 12 hr work weeks can be too consistent especially for forklift drivers

      Pros

      Talented leadership team and CEO. Mission-led culture with high levels of teamwork and dedication. Great communication on organizational goals and involvement for all team members. Still in the build phase - lots of opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Lots of pivoting/reactionary decision making due to the nature of the industry. Overtime for manufacturing team (pro and con).

      Pros

      -Benefits -Schedule -Pay for the area

      Cons

      -General depth of repair -Category machine specilaizing is up to you. There isn't proper training. It's basically checked off if you've been exposed to how it's done. I don't think it's completely up to management. Although, the expectation is there for a technical repairs to be done with low frequency. You learn on the job. Frustrating if you want to specialize in a type of work. Putting out fires and summoned to wherever and whatever that needs to be done. Typical Maintenance gig.
