      private clients reference only. employees also. very hard unless from MIT or Oxford etc. Introduces to other jobs with same founder, high pay.

      Cons

      Extremely hard to join. Need masters degree and many exp to join with reference, unless know pp in person.

      Great people. Great management

      Cons

      Oil price dropping rapidly made it impossible to keep the great emplyees on staff. Massive layoffs resulted.

      Pros

      U work with a lot of good guys and work out side with a lot of good equipment and different company's.

      Cons

      U work in all weather conditions u are out of town a good bit longer sometimes then others and some of the company's can be a real pain.
