      Benefits, PTO, usual perks of working for a large company

      Cons

      Leadership is more interested in power points that productivity or people. Incredibly risky behavior where leaders blindly trust their people instead of facts At one point I was interrogated in front of seniors leaders by the mid level manger who screwed up a project. I was harassed for over a year by a fellow employee & HR was useless

      Great company overall. Great benefits, hybrid schedule, culture and management are great.

      Cons

      Low pay starting out, have to work really hard to move up. Lots of patience with advancement.

      Pros

      The rank and file employees are great, most jobs are pretty easy, can work there for decades if you are willing to keep a low profile and avoid showing ambition.

      Cons

      Management at the senior level is beyond toxic, many former executives left the company with serious concerns. Even HR leadership says the disfunction is unbearable.
