1) Line manager that satisfied all the characteristics of a toxic boss - micromanagement - poor communication - tends to tell lies to management - takes all the credit - plays the blame game but doesn’t express gratitude - favouritism - pits employees against one another - inspire fear - demand high expectations while providing no support - resistance to feedback - hostility and aggression 2) Long resignation notice period + hold you till the last day 3) No career advancement
