      Pros

      Interesting job duties. Challenging work. There are still some good co-workers at this company.

      Cons

      If you make a mistake it may cost you your job. This creates an environment of fear. Benefits are not so great. The company indicates that benefits are in line with the industry, however I left to go to work for a competitor who provides much better overall compensation. Management does not care about the employees.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
