Like another reviewer said, the people are the best part of working at Pabau, mainly because we bond through shared suffering from management and leadership. There are nice benefits like an in-house nail care service or barbers for the men, but that's about it There's some opportunity for career growth, although responsibilities will rise much quicker than salary or benefits
