Pros
Product development and sourcing teams are wonderful. Most teams are absolutely lovely and friendly and competent. They do a very good job of making sure everyone is a good personality fit as well as professional fit. It is great experience. Beautiful office too.
Cons
The executive management team is incredibly unstable and is constantly changing. In the 2 years I have been at PVH, there have been over 5 major restructures and rounds of layoffs. It is very difficult to scope, plan, and execute a project (average time 1.5-2 yr) when the goals, budgets, projections, and priorities of the company are changing on average, every 4-5 months. Because of this, there are high rates of burnout and high levels of uncertainty and a sense of unease when starting longer term or bigger impacting projects. Nobody is sure how long they, or their team members, will be around.
