Pros
The only pro that I can see is the flight arranged for me to come to Portugal.
Cons
I have several negative points related to this company: 1 - Visa Documentation: They brought me and several other developers to Portugal with the excuse of getting a residency visa here and not in Brazil. They said they would do a tech visa here to get out faster, but in fact they left several illegal people unable to leave Portugal for over a year. 2 - Salary: To avoid paying tax they negotiated an allowance in the amount of 50 euros per day. This makes employees not want to take vacations or even sick people to work, as at the end of the month this counts as more than half of their salary. 3 - Lack of empathy: Several times it was seen that they care more about profit and less about employees. They don't even care how the employee is, they only listen if the customer is going to complain. There are more points not worth placing here.
