Work life balance. This company don't have any profit for a long time but still exists.

They don't have a good business plan on their products, that means the company is failed from the beginning. You are building product that never solve people's problem. It's oke for fresh graduated to join them. But don't working here for the long time, when you are already enough contribute to the company and got experience then mind to move to the better company.
