Pros

I have had the privilege of working at PSM Partners for almost two years, and I can confidently say that it is an exceptional place to be a part of. This organization truly values its employees and fosters an environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged and supported. The Partners at PSM are some of the nicest individuals, they are approachable, open to new ideas, and genuinely care about the well-being of their employees. They are super involved in the organization and feel just like another employee you can approach. I have a leader who supports my ideas and actively pushes me to develop my skills and pursue mentorship within the company and outside. PSM invests in its employees by providing access and sponsoring training programs, workshops, and resources that empower us to expand our skill sets and ultimately help us advance our careers. This is a work hard play harder company though you will absolutely not be able to skate by if that’s what you are looking for. If you work hard, it will not go unnoticed, but like most small businesses doing the bare minimum isn’t going to cut it. I am grateful to be a part of this organization and would highly recommend PSM Partners to anyone seeking a dynamic and rewarding workplace.

Cons

As with many small companies, you wear multiple hats and often have to adapt to shifting business plans. This dynamic can be challenging if you aren’t extremely organized. Juggling various responsibilities can sometimes lead to competing priorities and a need for efficient time management. Companywide communication and cross pollination between departments could be improved.

Pros

Remote work possible Friendly boss Small enough you can get promoted

Cons

You have your shifts. And holidays. And all the weekend and night shifts that need covering throughout the year. Your phone might ring at any time if you thought you were off, asking to come in. Management will agree to anything the clients want If that means you don't have life outside of work for not much pay, step up and be a team player.
