Don’t do it. Bridgewater UCC - Facilities Specialist PSEG Employee Review

This place is a nightmare. They will work you to death. 7pm-7am then back at 3pm the same day. It is a 24/7 facility and they do not have the proper staff. They don’t care about your health, your home, or your family. They tell you in orientation that there is work life balance but not at UCC. There is zero Human Resources representation there. Nobody to talk with if you have issues. They will run you ragged and continue to do it until you can no longer function. If someone calls out you are expected to drop everything for them and just come to work.
