      Pros

      Pay is pretty good, and just finally improved to compete with other plants that are located in better locations. Lots of overtime available.

      Cons

      Their pipeline to get more SROs is almost non-existent. There are a lot of people leaving for greener pastures, and no one to replace them. There is a lot of overtime because of this. Their license program is also one of the worst in the industry.

      Pros

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
