      Great pay, great benefits and PTO, friendly working environment.

      Cons

      I worked at PSEG Nuclear, you were on call once every 4 weeks with no additional pay, had to work weekends now and then. Working in nuclear in general, it can be slow to get anything done.

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
