Pros
Great work environment; adequate training; opportunities to advance, cross-train, change departments to find your comfort zone; company resources readily available via company or employee websites or portals; fair pay with bonuses, plus all the bells and whistles likes 401K, good benefits, and all kinds of employee support
Cons
I really can't think of any negatives about working for PSCU. This job is absolutely perfect for me because I get to work from home and the pay has been more than sufficient, thus far, which are the 2 most important things for me. If you are a ladder climber, this would be a great place to work also because they really do advance people from within, and support you on your path by offering the training you need and assistance with furthering your personal education.
