Pros

Everyone cares about each other, and the final product. Everyone wants to come to work, and do their best. Everyone works together for common purposes, which is to beat the competition. There is a depth of experience in the aviation and electronic manufacturing that is incredible, even in Tennessee.

Cons

Beause the company is small, it is overly dependent on the performance of each person. When somebody is out sick ot orherwise, the rest have to stretch a bit to cover for them. Soemtimes it might be hard for someone new to feel they can perform when everyone else has so much depth of skill and experience.

Pros

Co-workers are willing to help if needed. Plenty of work to do to make your day more challenging. If you are open and willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges, PS Engineering is the place. Not only that, the owner cares about all his employees.

Cons

Dealing with tree sap all over my car every summer time as parking is limited.

Pros

* First Class General Aviation Products. Made In America with Pride. * Excellent Product Support. Attention to detail. No Customer Left Behind. * Supportive Cross-trained Team. Deep knowledge of their products. Low staff turnover. Over 80% of the employees have been in the company more than six years. * Great Quality Control System adheres to the higher F.A.A. Standard. * Outstanding Product Test Technicians that you can depend on to ensure products leave the door flawless. * Whole Product Life Cycle under one roof. Fast response time. In summary, you can be proud to contribute to the added value products this small business delivers.

Cons

* Small Business and Regulated Industry is a combination that will demand your best in providing safety by individual flawless execution. There is no room for undisclosed mistakes. An excellent Quality Process and a last line of defense in the product test team surely help. * Small Size Company (15 to 20 employees) with limited resources to deliver leading (not bleeding) edge technologies to the market. Their approach is evolution versus revolution. After all that makes senses in the aerospace industry (can you see much basic differences between a 1957’s Boeing 707 and a 2009’s Boeing 787?). This is not precisely a Mac store.
