Pros

Some nice people and very knowledgeable (in this niche) Interesting sector

Cons

1. Massively hacked off customers - sales engineers overcomplicate the product so it is nigh on impossible to deliver. But they have their bonus so that's ok.... 2. Misogynistic - only one senior manager is female and she is treated with disdain/ignored by the boys club. 3. There is a cohort of unsackables in senior management who are out of their depth (unemployable elsewhere ?) but they are allowed to persist?? 4.Shabby offices - basics like the loos are not nice. The owners seem to be quite cheap so no investment is ever done. Kitchen is downright unhealthy

PRISYM ID Response

It’s really disappointing to read such a post from a current employee. Especially from a person who in the last few months has been engaged in developing an updated set of core values for the company, a person who has been asked questions in a fresh employee survey and a person who has been equipped with a new online tool to help set objectives, manage activities and promote open dialogue with her/his manager. As for the ‘accusations’, PrisymID solutions help life science companies print many thousands of labels to meet regulations and assure patient safety every day and one of our core values is customer focus. The company is proud to promote diversity, integrity is another core value and innovation and accountability are encouraged. It’s a pity that Covid-19 came along when it did – just when we were reviewing layouts and plans for improving the office environment.
