Pros

The only reason why anyone joins is client list

Cons

Micro management Zero respect shown to junior people. Management over here believes in drowning people with work and then trying to oversee every step. Most supervisors or managers or even leaders have no training or skills in people management as a result what happens is that they try and establish their own rules and turf. Result is chaos. No proper team structure Each individual must work on a minimum of 5 clients. This is the belief of leadership (including CEO) which means that people are inundated with work. As most clients are consumer brands there is a lot of work across seeding, collabs, events apart from media and documentation. Means work NEVER ENDS. Also, 5 accounts means atleast 3 different managers, sometimes all 5 are different people! And then those managers in turn report to different leaders. Basically, it is mad max. Superficial priorities At this place people pay more attention to how you dress, wear MU, talk in English, which socalite/ influencer your friends with. All superficial things and not much attention is given to actual work. Toxic work environment Most managers and senior people only pass on their work to juniors. Its a slave driving factory with a super toxic work culture. Wish more people would speak up but basis my actual experience and other colleagues, DO NOT JOIN this place. If due to the pandemic clients temporarily stop work, they are unprofessional and almost force you to leave without any notice or pay. They use a term “furlough”. This place sucks. This has happened to people in 2020 and this year also

Pros

Honestly just good brands to show on your CV

Cons

The higher management is deeply toxic, with constant office politics and little to no regard for juniors. There’s an unspoken pattern where individuals are pushed to a point where they either resign themselves or are made to. Instead of guidance, fresh graduates are expected to have everything figured out from day one, with no real support system in place. At the same time, there’s a clear lack of accountability at senior levels. While some spend time scrolling or disengaged, the pressure and blame disproportionately fall on juniors when work isn’t delivered, often leading to unnecessary harassment rather than constructive feedback.
