      no career advancement..poor management skills due to incompetent managers hired from outside instead of promoting employees...poor pay...no work life balance...

      The company invest in employees training. Most of the managers and key positions are promoted from within, the company has a family culture balues.

      Cons

      there are a lot of consultant that was hired from different industry that is why it occurs misalignment during the execution of every project.
