I love the freedom I'm given to accomplish my work on my own terms and I appreciate being a part of a company / team that really cares about the products that we produce and the customers we serve. There’s a real sense of community and a friendly atmosphere in the office. I feel like I have the opportunity to make an impact on the success of the company each and every day.
Cons
Some of the routine tasks can be tedious, but if you show initiative, you earn more responsibility and can grow with the company.
