      Pros

      Solid place to work - many different challenges, good people, good pay and benefits. You will learn and do a lot.

      Cons

      Can be stressful and you may be pulled in many directions at once. May need to work long hours or weekends for projects. Culture is not great - not a lot of young people in the plants.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
