      Pros

      I had great exposure to the extensive business operations of this company, and my colleagues in the office were very friendly. Additionally, the company pays well.

      Cons

      I believe that the other departments working in the same office as us tend to be rigid and inflexible. It seems that they uphold unnecessary old bureaucratic systems, which create a vintage culture that is not appealing to young talents nowadays.

      It is a very stable company with a solid foundation. Job security and work-life balance are excellent.

      Cons

      Outdated with industry standards, excessive policies, and red tape hinder progress, particularly in terms of career growth. Although they are trying their best to improve, more work still needs to be done.
