Pros

Benefits are good and the pay is decent. The people work really hard all the time and get a little appreciation. There are a few perks, but nothing outstanding or worth much.

Cons

The leadership is not professionally trained and micro manages everyone. If you are going there to grow or to have a chance to do great things, don't! The culture is a lip service at best. If you are lucky enough to make it past your first 90 days don't count on making it through the year. You are shown little appreciation and get drilled constantly on the industry which has nothing to do with your job. There is a real confusion there about who the company is and why they exist. Save yourself.

Pros

Leadership cares and appreciates employees. Provides thank you through action-such as allowing employees to sign off early on special days, all-staff employee appreciation dinner, etc. Also, the benefits are amazing. Promotional Products industry is amazing-so many nice and helpful people who make what we do worthwhile. Smallish staff size-but huge organization. Love working in a small organization-lots of opportunities and the ability to really know your co-workers. Hybrid working arrangement-two days in the office with three remote days. Great model. We have a new CEO, who is doing a fantastic job. Currently listed CEO on Glassdoor is no longer at the company.
