Pros
Wonderful culture. Incredible team leads. People genuinely care about each other and are passionate about going the extra mile for their customers! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and everything is free (which is good because people work very long hours). Fast paced and always something new to learn.
Cons
Ownership seems to have lost their way and have a "we suffered to make it happen, you should too" mentality. They don't care about their people being overworked and understaffed. The "my way or the highway" approach that made them incredibly successful in the beginning with a great concept is causing them to crush innovation within the company and fall behind their competition (they refuse to even acknowledge they have competitors). Too much micromanagement. Perpetually unrealistic project deadlines. Everything is siloed - no information or strategy shared outside outside of "the walls" of whatever team you are on. This has a negative impact on things like new features that are constantly rolling out with no plan to inform deployment or support teams.
