The leadership transition referenced was the result of internal growth and promotion. As leaders step into new roles, they work to assess team structure, clarify expectations, and align roles with long-term goals.
We believe in training, coaching, and open communication, and we aim to identify and address concerns early and honestly. While we strive to support new hires, there are times when a position is not the right fit.
