What I appreciate most about PNG is the level of trust they place in my expertise. From the beginning, I've felt valued for my skills and contributions, with a sense of being treated as an equal rather than a subordinate. The company fosters a positive environment where my work is respected, and I genuinely feel my input makes a difference. While there can be some push and pull with our sister company, it doesn’t affect the quality of my work or the value PNG places on my efforts. Overall, it's a rewarding place to build a career.

Communication Across Teams: Coordination between PNG and its sister company can sometimes lead to challenges or delays. The "tug and pull" dynamic might mean occasional misalignments in priorities or processes, which can affect project momentum. Room for Growth in Resources: Like many companies in the industry, there could be more investment in tools or resources that streamline workflows, especially for departments that might be smaller or less resourced.

HR- THE WORST DEPARTMENT! And the fakest woman I’ve ever met. Very discriminate towards me and situation. They rather defend the men than the woman in the company. And you would think a woman and a woman of color defend the men of the company because she rather keep her job and esop. Always felt she was looking for reason to get you in trouble. Nepotism runs very high there, if you aren’t related to the CEO then it will take you years to move up. Communication between depts is terrible. Everyone is lazy and hard to get things done. Honestly everything is wrong with this company. Don’t even apply with this company.
