Over management from senior management. They have no idea how the system is working they keep selling to customers and not growing in terms of revenue or enhancing the current tech stack. Too much politics on all levels including junior staff and extreme politics at the senior level. There is no vision overall, of what they see as a company. Their only motive is to earn more and for that reason, they diversify their investments in non-IT-based companies like supplies and textiles. and close their old operations.
