Salary credited on time & opportunity to learn many things.
Cons
Target base job, company set unrealistic target which is very tough to achieve. I just completed 6 months in pnb metlife & got 2 times warning mail to improve the performance. Despite my performance is not very bad.every month i m threating by senior management that u will be to terminate.
