They hire way to many people for one role and enough for the other role that means just as much, then get mad at us for if we let HIPPA laws slip through the cracks. It is impossible to ask for 100 for everyone, every day, for 8 hours a day and then not give 100 of your time in helping that 100 percent. Even doctors don't opperate on hundred of patients for 8 hours a day. We see hundred of reports--something is going to happen.
