This makes the culture of the company very down-to-earth and all employees hold one another accountable to the high standard that is set by the executives at PMW. Friendly business environment, excellent communication skills between employees, and common goals to achieve success. In addition, PMW developed its training program that trains, tests, and certifies members into highly qualified and performance-ready leasing professionals for clients.
