The CEO has no management skills, apparently lacks any capacity to effectively plan his company’s future, and will fire entire divisions on a whim. He is known to throw items (pens, computer keyboards, his glasses) at his managers in fits of rage. I wouldn’t trust him to make a sandwich properly....forget about him being able to run a successful company. This is what happens when someone rich decides to buy and run a company (as opposed to someone who becomes a CEO based on his/her leadership ability).
Oh yeah, the work environment fostered by the CEO is toxic and you’ll witness the occasional instance of sexual harassment.
