This has been such a great place to work. Management is helpful and direct. They take their work seriously, but don't take themselves seriously. There are many great benefits to being an employee--Friday lunches from restaurants around the area, stocked break room, free health benefits for you and your dependents, free branded merch, tuition reimbursement and team building events. This company puts time, effort and money into their employee's growth.

Cannot think of a con in my time so far. I look forward to coming to work.

The company is located in a nice area of Uptown Vancouver. They have a nice group of employees working there.

The management style of this company is reactive, inexperienced, and hostile. Nothing of their standards and practices is written out so there is not uniformity, yet there is an expectation to be uniform. Any input towards organizing these practices is met with dismissal and even hostility. Bringing in knowledge from my past work experience was forbidden. The comfort of the work environment is dictated by mood, not professionalism. There is swearing, video game playing during work hours, and condescending treatment towards all employees. There is also arrogance. Management behaves like it know what's best in every situation and procedure, to the point of standing over an employee's shoulder and barking out step by step commands for every keystroke and mouse click as they work on their computer. Expectations are poorly communicated. Negativity is palpable. Morale is low and there is no harmony.
