Pros

Due dilligence, excellent co workers, wirking tireless together & doing the best job the 1st time and every time. No finer job experience in 30 plus year career in Industrial SCADA.

Cons

Sometimes you just had to put a limit to how far you wanted management to make you do things that held no value to the team.

Pros

- Very safety focused & not just to fulfill training class requirements, but everyone practices what they preach always taking it serious & maintaining it as top priority at all times - With oil prices currently.. a Pro would definitely have to simply be employed: furthermore PLCs Plus' ability to maintain a company in this climate demonstrates the companies solid operations model & business strategy

Cons

- Pay is sub-par - Health insurance rates are higher than most American's entire salary - Confusing management structure due to continuous internal changes/decisions that are not communication with any positive effect on the average "non PLCs Plus employee" - Numerous situation have arisen from the General Manager while publicly bad-mouthing resources who have outgrown their positions & have found advancement with a different employer. If you want to keep someone then you need to pay them the same rate or keep your 5 foot mouth shut. - It would definitely qualify as a Con to work for a company who's main avenue of advertisement bring to light the company leader's mis-understanding of what "International" actually means.
