*Along with the growth, there have been changes in leadership since I've been here which have resulted in a shift in culture towards a bigger company mindset. I think the changes are for the better but it hasn't been easy for some employees to adjust *Internal communication hasn't been great in the past but is actively being worked on

Some really good people who are passionate about the movie industry, stuck or worse, overworked, underpaid, abused, ultimately fired

Soulless, clueless management Unrealistic expectations Blatant nepotism Bigotry, racism behind closed doors all while imitating DEI Deception, never taking responsbility Zero communication between departments Failure to address employee concerns Lack of vision and care Lies, lies, more lies Gaslighting, toxicity Creating more problems so nobody notices the real ones: upper and middle management
