      Pros

      Good people at the worker level. Everyone is trying their best but there is a fear of bringing up bad news to management. People worry about the reactions.

      Cons

      Senior leadership espouses the culture but they do not follow it. They say they are not about the bottom line but all indications are that is what they want is sales sales sales.
