      24/7 Erreichbarkeit erwartet auch teilweise am Wochenende, Burnout ist hier an der Tagesordnung, unfaires Verhalten aus der Führungsebene, ständiger Schweinezyklus (viele Kündigungen gefolgt von noch mehr Einstellungen) - hat sich nicht viel geändert 2024 zu den vorherigen Bewertungen hier
