Pros

First off, 5 stars marks perfection, and no company is perfect. Unfortunately, I can't leave a 4.9 so here we are. 1. Exemplary Management Team. Acknowledging the different perspectives shared in previous reviews, it's crucial to respect and understand the context of each individual's viewpoint. The seasoned staff members, shaped by the circumstances during the COVID-19 pandemic, have cultivated a work culture that reflects a slower pace due to reduced workloads. However, as we transitioned to the present, some have faced challenges adapting to the usual pace alongside passionate and ambitious new hires. Unfortunately, this unease has led to the emergence of an environment characterized by cliques, gossip, and workplace rants. In response, the management team has taken the necessary and challenging step of terminating those involved. For those seeking a company that actively fosters a positive work culture, values the elimination of office politics, and embraces a team that courageously makes difficult decisions to safeguard the well-being of the entire organization, you need not look any further. 2. Company Offers Excellent Growth Opportunities PHS stands out for its exceptional leadership team, led by the experienced CEO and MD. Their humility and down-to-earth nature made a lasting impression on me during the interview process. What sets this management team apart is their ability to recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, creating an invaluable environment for professional development. This self-awareness and honesty foster an atmosphere where new ideas are welcomed, leading to significant career growth and opportunities within the organization. I have personally witnessed numerous individuals being promoted, highlighting the company's commitment to nurturing talent and rewarding ambition. If you're seeking a company that values career growth, PHS is the place to be.

Cons

Onsite: While the requirement to go to the office daily can be tiring, the positive aspect is that the management is open to discussing special needs. I have been granted the flexibility to work from home occasionally, so it's not overly rigid. Like a school: In addition, punctuality is highly emphasized, resulting in attendance and time tracking similar to a school environment. Personally, this aspect is not my preference. However, if you have specific requirements, your manager will be supportive and accommodating. All in all, the team is made up of human beings as well. Share your issues and everyone can work together to come to a compromise. Not fast paced, but erratic. Double edged sword. Because we have a reactive team, agile decisions are made ad hoc. Sometimes, decisions can go a whole 180 and we're back to where we started. It's a common problem everywhere when you have passionate people in the field trying to achieve the best outcome, but sometimes all we need is a solid structure. There may be instances where you are tasked with things that has no relation to your scope. If you have a positive mentality and outlook, and understands the context behind why certain decisions are made, you'll enjoy this pace. Also, you'll be rewarded heavily. It's these erratic decisions that we make together as a team on a whim at light speed that helped us see such significant growth for the company. Again, it's a double edged sword. You either are a true talent, or you're an average joe. Come discover yourself at PHS.

Pros

No pros to speak off honestly. if i had to say i got a free labubu thats all. Your colleagues are either trying to kick you out or supporting your mental health.

Cons

Toxic boss, Toxic Management. Toxic Employees. The boss thinks everyone as replaceable tools and scolds everyone every single day. The managing director just knows how to call everyone stupid and expect work asap. The HR doesn't know anything when ask and directs you to the boss. Employees can come in through 'relationships' with the boss and are untouchable or can't be scolded and are treated with the utmost respect. They are practically family 'family' and you are nothing. You cannot suggest any ideas or give suggestions because they will shoot you down and stomp on you. Got fired because i spoke out and gave suggestions on how to design which is my job. The two ah lians at the top is just hell. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Don't have. Multiple bad reviews says it all.

Cons

Toxic!! Despite being a small company, gossip, cliques, and favoritism run deep. Career progression and benefits are nonexistent, making the drama feel pointless. UNLESS you’re on management’s “good side,” where poor performance is overlooked. High turnover.. Employees are treated as replaceable. Instead of support or development, underperformance leads to swift exits. No Recognition or Support Hard work goes unnoticed. Strong results are overshadowed by nitpicking, with little to no constructive feedback. No work-life balance Overtime is the norm, and time off is hard to claim. Personal time isn’t respected. They will message you whenever they like. Benefits; little to none There are no meaningful perks, and any suggestion to improve them is dismissed as a cost. Only thing you can enjoy is medical claim, and be warned its pathetic. Note that they are also not transparent about this (and more) during the interview. Blatant favoritism HQ staff are undervalued. Shaming over support Public criticism replaces any focus on professional development or morale. Empty promises Talk of growth and opportunity is just that — talk. There’s no mentorship, plan, or path forward. Divisive leadership Mgmt shares conflicting messages to individuals, play favorites, and fosters mistrust. No amount of team-building can fix this culture.
