Pros

Zero stars!! There are not any pros with working for this company!

Cons

A family member contacted me about this great new company and wanted me on board to begin a “family” business. I was hesitant because I thought it was a pyramid scheme and scam. They promised it wasn’t. I then agreed to join and gave my personal and credit card information. Then the following day I spoke to a friend that was suckered into the same thing and he pleaded for me to cancel as soon as possible. I then called my family member to tell them to cancel me out in which they said they would. A week later my credit card was charged 150$ for PHP agency. I then checked my email to see if I received anything from the company, and there was none. I called my family member to ask why and they promised to give me my money back but needed my Id number in which I never received. This agency is a scam! Now I have to dispute the charge and cancel my old card so they don’t take any more money out.

Pros

• Unlimited earning potential – there is no income ceiling. Your compensation is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and performance. • Merit-based rewards – promotions, bonuses, and recognition are earned, not based on tenure or favoritism. • Entrepreneurial environment – great for self-starters who want to build something of their own rather than climb a traditional corporate ladder. • Scalable business model – income can grow significantly over time as you develop skills, clients, and leadership. • Faster long-term income growth potential – while not instant, the upside can exceed most traditional salaried roles remind of same pay year after year. • Training & mentorship available – access to leadership, systems, and personal development if you’re willing to apply what’s taught.

Cons

• Not ideal for immediate full-time income – leadership typically recommends starting part-time until you build consistent production and stability. • Requires patience and delayed gratification – results compound over time; people looking for quick or guaranteed paychecks may struggle. • High personal accountability – success depends heavily on self-motivation, discipline, and follow-through. • Entrepreneurial pressure – there is no salary safety net; income fluctuates, especially early on. • Not for everyone – individuals who prefer structured hours, fixed pay, or minimal risk may find this challenging.
