Working here has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
Alongside my trustworthy, talented, incredible peers we are able to empower our clients mission through their vision to help impact the lives of countless families for the better. It does not get any more real than that, and it has defined real and tangible purpose for my career.
I am constantly being pushed by my peers to serve with more love, to inspire with creativity, to grow in our community, to hold myself accountable for integrity, and to be a strong guide for leadership. These core values are difficult to grow in, difficult to maintain, and incredibly rewarding to strive for. These are the values of not only PHOS but the values of every employee here, and it creates and incredibly uplifting, positive, and forward thinking atmosphere. Not a single day goes by where these values aren't held to the highest esteem.
Management is extremely transparent in the growth of the company, the status of projects, communication, and expectations. It is clear they are focused on bettering the lives of the employees and raising them up to be the best they can be. Every need is met, every voice is heard, and every talent or skill is grown to it's full potential - and then some.
